Once upon a time, when I talked about the topic of aesthetic education with my friends, my friends were a little helpless. She and her lover studied arts and crafts, both university teachers, and have their own studios. Under the influence of such a family environment, her children naturally also developed a strong interest in arts and crafts. However, how can she, as a parent, and the teachers at her child's school guide her child's interests and hobbies outside of schoolwork and create enough freedom for them? This is the problem of aesthetic education. At this point, perhaps everyone already knows the "helplessness" of friends. In this era of "involution", we all know that school has almost become the craziest "battlefield" for "rolling". The heavy homework made the child claim to the teacher that he had his right, that is, to have his own time!

Students at Jiuquwan Primary School in Nanning City are learning the Biantan Dance.

Admittedly, there is an unsolvable problem behind this – at least for now, and for a long time to come. But what we need to understand is that "involution" is the product of many contradictions in the current era, and China's aesthetic education thought has been tangible and invisible for thousands of years. Nowadays, the great changes of the times have caused the two to collide, thus promoting aesthetic education to become a focus of China's major policies, and many educators in the field of art have also raised their arms for this, and Mr. Lu Yisheng, a famous dance artist, dance educator and dance esthetician, is one of them.

As a dance educator who has grown up with the People's Republic of China, Lu Yisheng began to focus on spreading "quality education dance" to all students more than ten years ago, hoping that dance will "move from a small society to a big society". His painstaking efforts are also to help primary and secondary school students understand their own lives in the dance of "unity of body and mind", so as to improve their personality cultivation and aesthetic realm. Because in his view, dance is not an end, but a means.

Aesthetic education has hidden roots in the Chinese nation, and as Chinese people, we should have a sense of mission to promote the beauty of China. Among them, it is worth mentioning the successful launch of "Only This Green" two years ago. As a dance poetry drama inspired by the famous work of the Northern Song Dynasty "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", it once ignited the enthusiasm of the general public for the excellent traditional Chinese culture. There is no doubt that this is a visual feast that amazes the world, and it is also a voice of the times about aesthetic education in the praise of tracing history and paying tribute to the ancients.

However, in the face of all this, there is no doubt that the future development of China's aesthetic education is still a long way to go, and we ...... dance and act
