ACS880 Lift Control Program Load Recorder

Mondo Technology Updated on 2024-02-28

The ACS880 software has a built-in load logger function, which continuously records several data during the operation of the drive. There are two types of load loggers: peak recorders and amplitude recorders.

The peak recorder will record the time and value of the specified information in the historical run** peak. The information can be motor current, DC voltage, motor speed. The sampling period is 2 ms.

36.01 PVL Signal Source = Motor Torque Peak

36.02 pvl filter time=0.1s

36.09 reset loggers=(pvl, reset peak logger, previous records are cleared, and then back to done).

36.10 PVL Peak Value = Displays the recorded peak torque, 100% is the rated torque of the motor.

36.11 pvl peak date=Displays the peak date.

36.12 PVL peak time=Displays the peak time.

36.13 pvl current at peak = Shows the output current at the time of the peak, a

36.14 PVL dc voltage at peak = Shows the DC voltage at the time of the peak, V

36.15 pvl speed at peak = shows the speed of the motor at the time of the peak, rpm

36.16 pvl reset date=Displays the date when the peak logger was last reset.

36.17 pvl reset time=Displays the time when the peak logger was last reset.

There are 2 amplitude recorders: amplitude recorder 1 and amplitude recorder 2. Amplitude recorder 1 records a fixed current and cannot be reset. 100% corresponds to ACS880 maximum output current Imax. From 0 to 100%, divided into 10 equal parts, each of which has a 1% value of the total number of sampling points, which can also be considered as a percentage of the running history time. The amplitude recorder 2 can select 1 data record in 10 equal parts from 0 to 100%, and each copy has a percentage value of 1 percentage of the total number of sampling points. The sampling period of Amplitude Recorder 2 is 200 ms.

Amplitude Recorder 1:
