In order to further strengthen the management of rental housing services and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others such as the safety of life and property, in accordance with the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", "Beijing Housing Rental Regulations" and other laws and regulations, please fulfill the relevant legal responsibilities and obligations
One isHousing must not be rented to persons who do not provide identification documents; Sign a letter of guarantee for public security responsibility with the public security organs; Equip the house with necessary security equipment and facilities such as anti-theft doors and windows, locks, etc.; Regularly inspect the use of the house; It is not allowed to provide facilitation conditions for illegal production and business activities by renting housing; Where it is discovered that the tenant is suspected of using the rental housing to engage in illegal or criminal activities, it shall be promptly reported to the public security organs and other relevant departments.
The second isWithin three working days from the date of conclusion of the housing lease contract, they shall go to the basic level management service institution for the floating population in the area where the housing is located or through the information system designated by the public security organ to complete the rental registration, and fill in the information on the leased housing and the information on the lessor, tenant and other actual residents; Where there is a change in the residence, the change registration formalities shall be completed within two working days from the date of the change.
The third isIf the number of rented housing reaches the specified number, a corresponding management system shall be established, special management personnel shall be clarified, public security precautions such as monitoring and fire extinguishing, fire-fighting equipment and facilities and safe passages shall be set up, and an information register or registration system shall be established.
Four areWhere a unit rents housing for its employees to live in, the unit shall establish a corresponding management system and perform safety management responsibilities.
