Zhang Jinfu (1914-) is a native of Feidong, Anhui. In the autumn of 1934, he joined the "Religious Federation", an underground party peripheral organization in Shanghai, and in the winter of 1935, he joined the Communist Party of China. He served as a member of the General Party League of the Shanghai National Disaster Education Society, a member of the Special Field Branch of the Shanghai Theater, a member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Working Committee, the Minister of Propaganda, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Dabie Mountain, Lujiang, Hubei, Henan and Anhui Districts, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Lunan Army, a deputy director of the Political Department of the Lunan Provincial Party Committee, a deputy director of the Political Department of the New Fourth Army in eastern Anhui, a deputy director of the Political Department of the Second Division, a political commissar of the Fourth Brigade, a member of the Standing Committee of the Huainan District Propaganda Department, a vice president of Huazhong Construction University, a political commissar of the Second Army Sub-district of Lunan Province, a deputy director of the Lunan Administrative Office, and a deputy director of the Luzhong South Administrative Office.
