Strengthen quality awareness and build a quality culture.

Beijing New Building Materials is the first enterprise in the building materials industry to introduce ISO9000 quality management system certification (1995), established a quality management system in 2009, and took the lead in the industry to integrate quality management, occupational health and safety management, environmental management and measurement management into a QEMS management system. In 2015, the company fully implemented the excellent performance management model, continuously improved the management maturity, created excellent performance, and continued to occupy the leading position in the market. In the past 5 years, it has presided over, edited and participated in the compilation of 82 national and industry standards, leading the high-end with standards. Focusing on the national "double carbon" strategy, we will build a national "double carbon" platform and open laboratory for raw materials. Continuously improve the "near-zero emission" green environmental protection technology, 51 gypsum board production lines have achieved "near-zero emission", accounting for 57%. Through clean energy substitution, we will further optimize the energy consumption structure, and use 3590,000 tons of biomass fuel, won China's Top Ten Circular Economy Demonstration Enterprises and China's Green Efficiency Enterprise Best Model Award. Continuously strengthen the management of carbon emission data and implement precise policies. In view of the pain points and difficulties of the industry, we will focus on breaking through the key technologies of "stuck neck" and improving product standards and application specifications. We will continue to promote the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" carbon peak implementation plan of Beijing New Building Materials, and take the initiative to take the lead in completing the historical mission of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" in the building materials industry.

In response to the "Belt and Road", the implementation of "global industrial layout". In 2022, the new gypsum board production line, one of the largest and most technologically advanced gypsum board production lines in East Africa, will be completed and put into operation, with product quality reaching international levels and production capacity expanding several times compared with before. It is a milestone on the road of firmly promoting the internationalization strategy of Beijing New Building Materials. The 40 million square meter gypsum board production line invested and constructed in Fergana Oblast, Uzbekistan has been officially put into operation in 2023, becoming another bright business card for Beijing New Building Materials to go international. In recent years, Beijing New Building Materials has conducted comprehensive research in 20 countries, and plans to start construction of a gypsum board production line with an annual output of 40 million square meters in Thailand in 2023, and at the same time accelerate the due diligence and project approval of powder projects in Tanzania and Uzbekistan, and reserve international projects through full research to ensure the sustainable development of internationalization and the initial coverage of the first round of global markets.

Adhere to innovation-driven.

Continue to accelerate the pace of intelligent digital transformation.

Promote the construction of the treasury system. The capital business of 389 accounts at all levels is visualized, and the completion rate is 100%. Strengthen digital operations and realize the integration of analysis, mining and display of the company's production and operation data. Quality has a cost, Beijing New Building Materials does not pursue cheap, low-price vicious competition, can not guarantee the quality will eventually hurt consumers.
