The second lesson I practiced was "Professionalism". Party affairs seem simple, but in fact they are rigorous and cumbersome, and they are very political and procedural. For example, in the work of developing party members, from submitting an application for joining the party to becoming a full party member, it takes as many as 5 stages and 25 steps. Especially when I knew that I had to serve the 92 grassroots party organizations and nearly 1,400 party members in the hall, I felt even more stressed and panicked. At this time, someone said to me, this department is not an advanced office, don't work too hard. However, I believe that even if we can't fight for the advanced, we must be like soldiers, and maintain the mentality, process, and momentum of striving for the first.
In January 2022, the province's safety production assessment is imminent, in order to make the ledger easy to find and clear at a glance, my colleagues and I spent 3 days to manually stamp 2147 pages with a coding machine, so that the assessment team has 1 copy, which has been praised by everyone. In that year, our department was once again awarded the advanced unit of safety production in the province.
