6. The dough rises to 2 times the size, open it and take a look, there is dense honeycomb tissue inside, so that it has been made.

7. Move the dough to the kneading pad and knead to exhaust. Roll into long strips and divide into small doses of about 25 grams.

8. The dough does not need to be rolled, it can be flattened by hand. Add the filling and knead into buns.

9. Put the sorted buns on the steaming drawer, close the lid, and start steaming after proofing for the second time until the volume becomes significantly larger.

10. Turn on the water for timing, steam on high heat for about 8 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

This bun has a high water content in the dough, so the taste is particularly soft. Take a bite full of fresh and fragrant mouths, and with a bowl of millet porridge, you can easily solve it with one meal.
