After the last practice consultant Da Dong came back, we have had many discussions and group discussions (we call them "chats") to this day, and it seems that everyone has gained a lot, and the biggest emotion is that going out for a walk and having a look is really different than sitting and thinking at home, just collecting information on the Internet and listening to what others say and think, which is all imagination that misleads others and oneself.
Prior to this trip, eight members of the Roundtable had taken out business trips to Europe, America, Russia, the Middle East, Japan, Southeast Asia and Singapore. In this practice, we did not put forward any opinions, nor did we draw any conclusions, but 15 people went to 24 places freely, with only one guiding requirement to see and listen: to see the cities and villages, the factories and markets, the products and the lively places, and to hear how people of different identities, occupations, and ages perceived what they saw, thought, and felt.
Before the next series of "Roundtable Observations" to be shared, it is necessary to introduce the relevant background, so that the audience can have a systematic understanding, and if you don't understand, you won't have the right to speak, if you don't understand, you won't understand, and if you don't understand, you won't be enlightened.
Why is it called "practice"? We are very familiar with Wang Yangming's self-cultivation, but many people are very familiar with the practice of "learning from things, and learning from things" to the level of "deceiving themselves". In this society where everyone looks at mobile phones, we have no conclusion whether there are more sober and independent thinkers or not many people anymore.
Why look at the society instead of the industry? This is not a problem at all, social changes are the basis for the emergence of business.
Why do you want to do this practice? First, for self-improvement, if you can't keep up with the times, you can't do consulting, but it's not a good consultation to keep up with the times. The second is to be responsible for customers, and the direction of roundtable consultation will be adjusted to innovation consulting in the future. Third, we ourselves are curious, how do people around the world live now? What is their real situation and thoughts? It's probably very different from us just wandering around in one dimension and circle.
So, one last question: how will the Round Table view society?
The first is to look at it from the perspective of the round table (we don't say what others say, say and are saying, and of course, we don't say anything about others). Secondly, from the perspective of development, from the perspective of risk, from the perspective of opportunity, from the perspective of demand. Thirdly, from the perspective of spiritual elements and cultural attributes, from the perspective of innovation based on inheritance and development, and from the perspective of popularity and phenomenon.
