The "Provisions on the Prevention and Investigation of Illegal Acts of Counterfeit Enterprise Registration" was promulgated, adhering to prevention at the source and prevention and control throughout the process, purifying market order and maintaining transaction security. The Guidelines for the Deregistration of Enterprises have been revised to classify and implement precise policies in accordance with the law for complex situations where it is difficult for enterprises to deregister in practice, and to solve the "difficulty in exiting" business entities in a targeted manner.
