At present, it has nearly 15 clinics in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Beijing and other places.
The acquired Beijing Future Children's Hospital was established in 2016 and is a comprehensive children's specialty medical insurance designated hospital. The hospital is located at No. 166, Fushi Road, Shijingshan District, with a construction area of about 3,500 square meters and 20 open beds.
According to Wellnova Medical, the acquisition of Future Children's Hospital is of strategic significance to Wellnova Medical Group, which means that Wellnova has completed a breakthrough transformation from a specialist outpatient clinic to a general hospital, and is strongly advancing in this direction.
The Future Children's Hospital, which has completed the acquisition and integration, will focus on building the brand characteristics of "large specialties and small comprehensives", not only develop children's ophthalmology and maintain the leading edge in the field of pediatric ophthalmology in China, but also promote other comprehensive departments at the same time, and make a comprehensive layout in the fields of pediatrics, pediatric massage, pediatric care, ** department, ** department, endocrinology, otolaryngology and other fields.
It is worth mentioning that Weiernuo has experienced three rounds of financing from ABC in 2016, September 2017 and April 2019, with a total financing amount of more than 60 million US dollars.
