In order to deepen the construction of the rule of law culture demonstration base, promote the development of the rule of law culture research of Mingdao Primary School Education Group in Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province in the direction of topic-based and forward-looking projects, and further improve the level of school department governance and system management, the group held a theme seminar on the construction of rule of law culture on the morning of February 17, and invited Professor Xu Yingjian, a famous teacher of Nantong University and a member of the national first-class curriculum evaluation expert group, to the school for special exchanges and on-site guidance.
Zhong Jianfeng, Secretary of the General Party Branch and President of the Group, issued a letter of appointment to Professor Xu Yingjian, and officially hired Professor Xu Yingjian as an expert consultant for the research on legal culture education in Mingdao Primary School in Hai'an City.
Professor Xu Yingjian visited the Mingdao School Motto Stone, Mingdao Bank, Mingdao Show and the University History Museum to learn about the construction of the campus rule of law culture.
He carried out special exchanges from the basic theory and practice of the rule of law campus, clarified several misunderstandings in the understanding of the work of governing the school according to the law, focused on analyzing the connotation of governing the school according to the law, emphasized the need to improve the system of all departments of the school in accordance with democracy, public opinion, and regulations, and put forward five standards for the rule of law campus: the supremacy of law, the restraint of power, the protection of human rights, due process, and fairness and justice. At the end of the exchange, Professor Xu made suggestions on the revision of the university's constitution and the practice after the formulation of the charter.
Liu Chunling, director of the Education Department of Mingdao Primary School, made a report on the design of the rule of law culture project, and Professor Xu put forward professional suggestions and detailed guidance for the research of the rule of law culture project after listening carefully to the report. During the guidance, Professor Xu also answered the relevant questions raised by the teachers on the spot.
