Housing lease contract.
Lessor (Party A): ID number
Tenant (Party B): ID number
Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the lease of the following premises:
1. Party A rents out the house to Party B for use.
2. The lease period is one month, and the lease period is from to. If Party B needs to renew the lease, it should discuss with Party A one month before the expiration.
3. The monthly rent of the house is RMB, which is settled quarterly. The rent is due and the next quarter's rent is paid one month in advance. This contract stipulates that the rent is the after-tax rent, if Party B needs an invoice, the tax shall be borne by Party B.
4. During the lease period of Party B, Party B shall bear the expenses of water, electricity, gas, broadband, property and other expenses incurred by Party B for residence. At the end of the lease, Party B shall settle the aforesaid expenses.
5. During the lease period, Party B shall abide by the property management system of the community and shall not use the house to engage in illegal activities. The house facilities shall not be damaged, otherwise, Party A has the right to terminate this contract, take back the house and claim compensation from Party B.
6. The house has: LCD TV, refrigerator, washing machine, range hood, air conditioner, bed, wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, writing desk. Party B is responsible for the custody and maintenance of furniture and electrical appliances, and the repair and maintenance costs shall be borne by Party B. When the contract is signed, Party B shall be deemed to have accepted the furniture and electrical appliances mentioned in this article.
7. Except for force majeure factors, neither Party A nor Party B shall terminate the contract in advance, otherwise it shall be deemed as a breach of contract, and the defaulting party shall pay one month's rent to the other party as liquidated damages.
8. After the signing of this contract, it is deemed that Party A has handed over the community access control card, house key, meter and cabinet key to Party BOne electric card, one recharge card, one natural gas payment card. When Party B does not rent the house, it shall be returned in the original amount.
