I can learn" The power of these four words is endless. I've been here for about two years, and I've grown really fast. Everyone can feel it from their rank and from their usual contacts. Baizhu was my first job, I was in contact with product operation at that time, my master was also very good, my colleagues were good, my classmates were also very impressed, he also said to me at that time I was very impressed, saying that "product is a cool position". If I can design a good product for people to use, and people think that your product design is really good, then I think what I do is completely worthwhile. From the beginning, I passed all kinds of programs, and we still discussed in the group late at night, and the next day we rehearsed the programs and debriefing reports like passing the level. Yesterday after the first time, he asked me if I could do it a second time. I feel that if an event goes well, it must be a mutual achievement between the organizers and the participants. On the other hand, there are some people who actually seem quite young, but their perception of the problem makes you awe-inspired. Why are these people like this? You go to learn about his past, and you will find that these people are people with stories. We see that some children participated in various activities and competitions at a very young age, put in all kinds of efforts, and encountered all kinds of setbacks. They may not seem very old, but they have been through a lot. On the day of the Chinese New Year, I saw someone selling "Gatling", about two or three hundred yuan each. I thought that when I was a child, as long as it was the Chinese New Year, I would help my mother sell balloons and sugar cane. The sugar cane is taller than me, and I have to cut the sugar cane. Some passers-by thought I was young, so they cut it themselves. Actually, they can't, it's clumsy, but you can feel this kind of warmth, and you can feel that there is such warmth in the world. This is the greatest favor of God to me, allowing me to have many experiences at different ages that others may not have received. Of course, it is more important for you to take the initiative to create such opportunities and make your life more turbulent. I think it's still necessary.
Cao Huihui: I have a question, which is actually inspired by a report made by Wang Wenqian this morning, and I want to ask Mr. Cheng what is his mentality as a teacher? Because Wang Wenqian said that after passing a thing 13 times, the last time was walked down with trembling legs, which is the mentality of being a student. What is it like to be a teacher 13 times? Because I was in elementary school, even the teachers who charged outside didn't teach me a thing, and I taught it 13 times. I will encounter it now and in the future, such as I have to teach children, or I have to teach my team. So, how do I develop a teacher-like mindset? Because in the end, a lot of things become my own doing, and I can't stand it. So I want to ask what kind of mentality is this?
Cheng Lei: This is a very good question, I should say that I am a person who is both impatient and patient. I am impatient because I am very anxious, I am relatively efficient in doing things personally, and I have a strong ability to do things by myself since I was a child, and I have always been either not doing it, or being the first. Everything I've done since I was a kid was basically one of the best, and it's probably a bit of an exaggeration to say that I'm the first, but it's really rare to be in the top two. I can basically do one of the best things I do. So I'm still in a hurry. I think that's how easy it should be. When I see that some people can't do it, they don't have a very good attitude towards everyone, and I have to constantly review this point. I often self-examine on the way to the company in the morning, and I will tell myself that I need to control my emotions today, but as soon as I come to the company, I can't control the first meeting. Therefore, it is indeed a bit difficult to change the nature of the country. But in fact, I am a very patient person, just like I just said that I have actually passed a dozen times, in fact, I have not only passed a dozen times. The Baizhu Space project was actually launched as early as 2018, and I think it's still in the startup stage. This process is required with a lot of patience. Recall that in the company's development process, we had a very important persistence, and that persistence was also a key decision to determine the company's growth. When I was working on the tool in 2014, the team in charge of the tool was basically doing it in the traditional way. Then in 2015 and 2016, there was a little profit every year anyway, but very little. In all channel analysis, they almost always say what others are like based on feeling and experience, and I always feel that this is not right. Why can't we figure out what the details behind it are? Can you figure out how much value I get from the amount I'm buying? I've had that thought all along. At that time, I had no concept of data operation, I had never learned it, and I didn't even know what a "data funnel" was, but in my subconscious, I wanted to understand this data thing. So we would discuss every day, explore all kinds of things by ourselves, and do what we thought. At that time, the first person in charge, the name will not be said, under my continuous promotion, I resigned, more than a year after he left, we changed a Wang Moumou, and then promoted for half a year and then resigned, and then replaced a Li Moumou for another year, and then resigned ......It's been changed over and over again, but our goal has never been abandoned. I said I had to do it because I thought it was the right thing to do. In my mind, as long as it's the right thing, it's what I should do, and I can't talk about what I will or won't. In my life, I never thought about whether I would or not, I only thought about whether I should or not. I remember that in the summer of that year, we were fortunate to participate in the activity of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee to do a Tsinghua University intern into the enterprise, and I took the initiative to apply to the Municipal Party Committee for one or two students from the Department of Mathematics of Tsinghua University. Later, two students did come to study statistics, and I gave them this task. I also arranged for a very smart kid in our company to study with them. They did a bunch of advanced math and formulas. In the end, I was told that I had made it, and I didn't understand it for a long time. Although I am a person who says that I am good at math every day, my math is limited to elementary math. I don't understand what they use some formulas of higher mathematics to calculate. When the two-month internship period was up, they left. One day a few months later, an employee of our company who worked with Tsinghua students said that he had calculated the matter. At that time, it looked very simple, so simple that I said you must be mistaken, is this so simple? I was in a hurry, and I immediately interrupted, but this kid was very persistent. I like people who are very persistent, because I am a persistent person, and things gather people in groups. Now there are some people in the company who are also more persistent, such as You Shiqin. I remember when I was a rookie two days after I joined the company, she rushed in front of me and almost knocked me over. She said, boss, I'm going to give you a few suggestions. She felt that the company's system was wrong, and that system was wrong. At that time, several people next to her pulled her and looked at her with strange eyes, thinking that the newcomer dared to talk to the boss like this. Although her opinion at the time was wrong. But I remember her courage deeply. Then a few days later, I walked up to the 12th floor, and she rushed to me again, and he said boss, I want to recommend you a good talent, who is a good friend of mine. However, the outstanding talent she recommended at that time left within two days. Today, when we look at it again, she did this because of the persistence in her bones, and there were many times when we had meetings at the meeting, and she had a fierce argument with me. Later, Ding Fei talked to me about this alone a few times. He said that You Shiqin said that after arguing with you, she was very scared in her heart, thinking that the boss would fire her, she might not be able to do it soon, so she went to Ding Fei to communicate. From that day on, we suddenly wondered where we were spending the money on the ** device. Is it worth the money? From that day on, we swept away all of our competitors almost overnight in a crushing manner. At that time, the competitors felt that the company in Ma'anshan was very strange: we couldn't understand what we did, he didn't want the traffic we wanted, he desperately wanted the traffic we didn't want, and some traffic it kept increasing in price, adding to the outrageous, and he didn't grab some traffic from us, and in the end it was because I calculated the accounts very clearly, and I just made money with all the traffic I took. It took about half a year for the entire industry to stop. Just like the Qin State, it pacified the Six Kingdoms with overwhelming momentum. The result is our dedication to our goals. So you have to be goal-oriented, you can't be emotionally oriented. You haven't said it once, you haven't done it 5 times, you haven't said it 10 times, who can be without emotions? But in the end, doing things is about getting results. Therefore, the so-called good person culture in the company, it reflects that in fact, the sense of purpose is not strong, for these people who do not have a strong sense of purpose, we will eventually eliminate them, we must find those who have a stronger sense of purpose. We are still a start-up and still in the early stages of entrepreneurship. So we now need more people to take the initiative to push forward. Therefore, as the manager of the company, including the human resources department, you can discover more people with a strong sense of purpose through such activities, meetings and daily observations. Those who are goal-oriented are also more mature and cognitively sound, and for those who are given more opportunities to be promoted, so that they can lead the whole team to achieve greater victorious results.
