According to the latest issue of the Weekly Influenza Surveillance Report released by the National Influenza Center, the proportion of influenza A has decreased significantly, while the proportion of influenza B has increased. In terms of maintenance, Mr. Li Guang recommends some traditional Chinese medicine health preservation methods, such as eating some Chinese herbal medicines that help improve immunity, paying attention to dietary conditioning, and avoiding excessive fatigue.
