I am a nearsighted eye, and I have to wear glasses every day to see the world around me. When I first started wearing glasses, I thought it was quite novel and I thought it was beautiful to wear glasses. However, as time went on, I felt more and more that the glasses were causing me trouble.
First of all, wearing glasses makes me feel inconvenient when playing sports and outdoor activities. Every time I run or play a game, I worry about my glasses falling off or getting dirty. Also, if I sweat, my glasses slip off, which affects my performance a lot.
Secondly, wearing glasses also affects my quality of life. For example, when eating hot food, my glasses will fog up, making it difficult for me to see the food clearly; When entering a warm room in winter, the glasses will also be instantly covered with a layer of white fog, and you can't see anything. These small problems, while seemingly small, often bother me.
Also, the glasses made me a little apprehensive about socializing. Sometimes I forget to wear glasses, which makes me look strange and makes a bad impression on others. Also, I was always worried that people would notice my glasses, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.
On top of that, wearing glasses made me a little unconfident about my appearance. I felt like I wasn't as pretty as I used to be when I put on my glasses, which made me a little frustrated.
I really want to take off my glasses and have clear and bright eyes. I imagined that I no longer had to rely on glasses and could run and play freely. I can see the scenery in the distance and I can clearly see everyone's smiles.
In order to make this dream come true, I decided to take good care of my eyes from now on. I pay attention to eye hygiene, take frequent breaks and do eye exercises. I also eat more foods that are good for my eyes, such as carrots and cod liver oil.
Although it is not easy to take off my glasses, I believe that if I keep working hard, I will be able to achieve this dream. Because I know how important and wonderful it is to have a pair of healthy eyes.
