1. Technical Description
When integrated circuits (ICs) are packaged in plastics, burrs (also known as molding falsh) will inevitably occur, and if they cannot be removed, the lead frame it covers will not be metal-plated, affecting the performance and reliability of the product.
Yuanmoto P160 is a low-temperature deburring liquid, which is specially used for removing plastic black rubber spillage in semiconductor electronic device lead frames (DO, SOT, TO, SOP and other series); After the deburring liquid immersion treatment, the fine black or yellow plastic overflow (flash, burr) on the lead frame is dissolved and shed, and the slightly larger overflow (flash, burr) is softened and loosened, and then the loose overflow is cleaned up by mechanical means such as high-pressure water spray, so that the overflow can be completely removed and the surface of the metal bracket is kept clean; It can effectively improve the appearance of product plating, reduce the rework rate of electroplating, and improve product reliability; P160 has good chemical stability, good removal effect, strong applicability, long service life and easy maintenance; In the process of removing spillage, there is no damage and discoloration effect on product performance, surface area, frame substrate and plastic body; P160 is a low-temperature deburring fluid, usually controlled at a temperature of 65-80 °C, which is less energy-saving, less energy and less odor than traditional high-temperature (110-120) deburring fluid.

5. How to use
Operating process conditions: The stock solution is used directly. Operating temperature: 65 80 (if necessary, the temperature can be appropriately raised, but should not exceed 85).
Operation time: according to different molding material types and the severity of overflow (generally: 20 minutes to 60 minutes); The sample must be soaked before the final process confirmation. Work instructions: It is recommended to control the liquid level in the tank before each immersion to ensure that all products can be immersed below the liquid level; Prevent individual soaking from being insufficient.
