Announcement on the selection and appointment of the person in charge of the "Future Exploration System" project of the General Administration of Metallurgical Geology of China

In order to actively practice the concept of green development, increase exploration efforts, strengthen scientific and technological research, promote the application of artificial intelligence technology in mineral resource exploration scenarios, and play a greater role in the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategic actions, the General Administration of Metallurgical Geology of China (hereinafter referred to as Metallurgical Geology) plans to unveil the list and hire the project leader of the "Future Exploration System" project to promote the intelligent development and industrial upgrading of the exploration industry. The relevant situation announcement is as follows:

1. Overview of the Zhangbang project

At present, in the field of solid mineral exploration, traditional exploration methods such as geophysical and chemical remote transportation have not been able to be integrated into a complete intelligent system under the condition of a new generation of artificial intelligence technology, which restricts the improvement of exploration efficiency and industrial upgrading. The "Future Exploration System" is based on artificial intelligence technology to form a complete system, through the green and intelligent exploration methods such as geophysical and remote remote, analysis and testing automation and intelligence, drilling operation automation and intelligence, star-air-ground-well collaborative and efficient exploration technology and informatization, geology + big data intelligent prospecting technology, data sharing and artificial intelligence analysis technology of various systems, to achieve the subversive change of "green, accurate, efficient and deep" prospecting methods, and form a new system with the characteristics of the future industry.

2. Conditions for the unveiler

2) The person who unveils the list shall meet the following conditions:

5.Have a strong sense of cooperation and ability, and be able to actively cooperate with domestic and foreign research institutions.

6.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in team management.

7.Have good scientific research ethics and social integrity, and have no bad credit record in the past 3 years.

8.Be in good health and ensure that you have enough time and energy for project research and organization work.

3. Unveiling method

Interested unveilers should fill in the basic information form of the unveiling project and the unveiling person (see Annex 1) in combination with the needs of the list project and their own capabilities, prepare the scientific research plan of the "Unveiling the Leader" project (see Annex 2), and mail the sealed basic information form and scientific research plan to Metallurgical Geology before March 30, 2024, and scan the electronic version together with the ID card (or passport), academic and degree certificates, professional and technical job certificates (or letters of appointment), award-winning achievement certificates, and 5 representative achievements (including **) and other materials will be sent to the contact person's email address at the same time.

Fourth, the selection of the project leader

1) Preliminary evaluation. The relevant experts of the metallurgical geology organization will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the scientific research plan of the project provided by the unveiler, and the project will first select three shortlisted unveilers (less than three unveilers, according to the actual preliminary evaluation results to confirm the shortlisted places), and publicize the shortlist on the metallurgical geology extranet.

2) Evaluation. Metallurgical geology notifies the shortlisted unveilers to further prepare the project opening design report, the unveiler reports, the expert group conducts review, and the project selects a project leader, who is approved by metallurgical geology according to the procedure, and is determined to be the project leader without objection to the metallurgical geology extranet. The time and place of the assessment will be notified separately.

5. Responsibilities and rights of the project leader

The project leader is the first person responsible for the whole process management and implementation of the project.

1) The main responsibilities of the project leader:

1.Organize the preparation of technical research implementation plans.

2.Set up a R&D team, plan, organize and lead R&D work, and complete the project assessment indicators in strict accordance with the unveiling task book.

3.Standardize the use of funds for the "unveiling the leader" project.

4.Report on project implementation, use of funds, major progress, major events and intellectual property management as required, and participate in project inspection and acceptance.

5.Responsible for the management of intellectual property rights, confidentiality, data archiving and other aspects during the implementation of the project.

6.Accept the supervision and inspection, performance evaluation and acceptance evaluation of the implementation of the "unveiling the leader" project by metallurgical geology, and truthfully provide relevant data and information.

7.After the completion of the "unveiling the leader" project, apply for project acceptance according to the regulations.

8.Responsible for legal compliance management during project implementation.

2) Main rights of the project leader:

1.It has the right to use project funds and the right to form a team.

2.It has the right to evaluate the performance of the project R&D team and distribute bonuses.

6. Rewards and Constraints

1) If the person in charge of the project is an internal personnel of metallurgical geology, the corresponding rewards and benefits shall be cashed according to the completion of the project.

2) The person in charge of the project is an external individual in metallurgical geology, according to the relevant provisions of metallurgical geology personnel management, and the project leader signs a full-time labor contract with the annual salary system of one-to-one agreement, and the project leader is resident in the research work of the metallurgical geological organization, and during the implementation of the labor contract, it is managed in accordance with the internal personnel of metallurgical geology. The annual salary of the project leader is linked to the results of the annual inspection and acceptance evaluation of the project, and the evaluation results are excellent, and the full annual salary of the current year is excellent, and the project leader and the research team can give priority to recommending relevant advanced honors. The evaluation result is good, and 80% of the annual salary of the year is cashed; The evaluation result is 60% of the annual salary of the current year; If the evaluation result is poor or below, the annual salary of the current year will not be paid, and Metallurgical Geology has the right to replace the project leader.

4) The person in charge of the project can be hired by means of double employment, and provide swing housing, which can be used for settlement, children's schooling, etc.

5) According to the professional advantages and characteristics of the introduced talents, it is equipped with major scientific and technological projects, provides special scientific research funds, and allocates scientific research teams and scientific research resources.

6) The person in charge of the project shall sign a letter of credit commitment (Annex 3) as required to ensure that the project does not violate the requirements of scientific research integrity in the declaration, review, implementation, inspection and acceptance.

7) The project may carry out cooperative research with external parties, but subcontracting and subcontracting are prohibited.
