On February 26, Ayvens, a leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company, and Stellantis Group, one of the world's leading car manufacturers, entered into a framework agreement worth billions of euros.
Under the agreement, Ayvens will purchase up to 500,000 Stellantis branded vehicles to its European fleet by 2026 to support the long-term leasing business of Ayvens' fleet in Europe.
Deliveries of the first high-volume vehicles are expected to take place in the first half of 2024, with subsequent deliveries continuing throughout the year.
It is reported that the current proposed procurement brands include: Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot and Vauxhall. In the future, the partnership will further cover all Stellantis brands.
One of the shared priorities of both companies is the integration of Stellantis' innovative and sustainable product range in support of Ayvens' multi-brand strategy. Stellantis' deliveries to Ayvens will include city sedans, SUVs and 7- and 9-seater commercial vans, all equipped with the latest generation of software, infotainment and vehicle networking technologies.
Specific orders, vehicle types and delivery dates that exceed the 2024 plan can be flexibly agreed between the two companies, taking into account the actual needs of the Ayvens fleet.
A brief comment:
If I'm not mistaken, the most profitable car brand under the Stellantis group is Maserati, and Maserati is not currently on the list. This trick will not have the advantage of brand ** sales, which is really high. It feels like it's been another year for Stellantis.
