Although the wisdom of the sage should not be taken lightly, the sage still passed down the mental method of entering the state of Xuantong (Jing Du), so that everyone has the opportunity to comprehend the wisdom of the Great Dao in concentration.
Stuff it and close its door.
Stuffy: the heart, the mind. Door: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind. This is the requirement of meditation to adjust the mind and mind, the mind is not outside the mind, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind are closed, and the view is inside and the attention is one.

Light: Light, the light of innate nature.
Dust: Dust, mortal dust, refers to the acquired mundane things. The neutralizing mind is easy to enter the state of Xuantong meditation, the bright light appears spontaneously, the sexual light, the heart light, and the body light are mixed and combined, and the same is in the middle of the dust and the body and the dust realm.
Frustrating its sharpness and resolving its disputes is said to be the same.
Rui: Persistent and unforgettable thoughts, this refers to turbidity and delusion.
Thoughts: Distracting thoughts.
Xuan: It's unfathomable.
Same: synchronous, rendezvous, integration.
Through the adjustment of the above two items, the ignorance activities of the consciousness can be controlled, and the light garden will be bright and transparent, so as to realize the synchronization of the unity of the Great Dao in the Xuanzhong, and realize the unity of the Great Dao.
After obtaining the wisdom and supernatural powers of the saints, do not use them in vain.
Therefore, it is not possible to get and kiss, nor can it be obtained and neglected.
For wisdom and supernatural powers, that is, one should not be attached, and one should not be despised because they have been obtained.
You can't get it, you can't get it.
You can't use your wisdom and supernatural powers to make profits, and you can't use supernatural powers indiscriminately to hurt others.
It is not expensive to get, and it is not cheap to get.
We must not be arrogant because we are in harmony: we cannot be unappreciated because we have it.
Therefore, it is expensive in the world.
After Yu Dao Xuan and Yu Dao shook at the same frequency, he became the most noble person in the world and called Tianzun.
