According to the announcement, Xinhua Hydropower will purchase wind turbines and ancillary equipment in 2024The scale is about 1GW, and it is planned to purchase wind turbines with a single capacity of 5MWThe distribution area is Gansu Province, Shanxi Province, Shaanxi Province, Henan Province, Hebei Province, Hunan Province, etc. Validity period of the finalists: from the date of signing of the framework agreement to April 30, 2025.
Scope of bidding: Through this bidding, the shortlisted units will be selected to supply the shortlisted units, and the shortlisted units will be eligible to participate in the supply of wind turbines (including towers) of Xinhua Hydropower's proposed and new projects.
Equipment includes, but is not limited to: wind turbines (including towers) and ancillary equipment. Selection, design, manufacturing, provision of drawings, quality inspection, testing (including type test, factory test, handover test) of all equipment components within the scope of supply, etc.; Supply, packaging, transportation, insurance, on-site delivery, on-site guidance and installation, equipment commissioning, training, participation in test operation, cooperation with acceptance, cooperation with handover production, after-sales service and other related services.
For the tenderer who has procurement needs other than the above common specifications, the shortlisted bidder shall provide the equipment required by the tenderer according to the actual needs of the project, and shall not be higher than the required specifications of the equipment that is adjacent to the specifications.
Delivery time: subject to the time agreed in the project procurement contract.
