1. Meat foam bean curd pot pot
Ingredients: Yuba, minced meat, tomato, green onion.
Method: After the oil is hot, add the minced meat, and after the color changes, add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Pour in the peeled tomato cubes and stir-fry the juice and add a pinch of salt.
Pour in the soaked soft yuba, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce, simmer in half a bowl of boiling water for three minutes, and sprinkle chopped green onions before cooking.
2. Stir-fried meat with yuba
Ingredients: lean pork, bean curd, shiitake mushrooms, green onions.
Method: After cutting the lean meat into thin slices, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a small amount of starch, add a little oil to grasp well, and marinate for 5 minutes.
After the oil in the pan is hot, pour in the mushroom cubes and fry until soft, then pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color, pour in the soaked yuba and stir-fry.
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, pour in an appropriate amount of water and simmer for five minutes, and finally add some green onions and stir-fry to reduce the juice before leaving the pot.
3. Yuba chicken pot
Ingredients: chicken thighs, shiitake mushrooms, onions, bean curd, green onions.
Method: Remove the bones of 6 chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces, add shredded ginger, add a spoonful of sugar, an appropriate amount of white pepper, a tablespoon of cornstarch, two tablespoons of cooking wine, three tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir and marinate for 40 minutes.
After the oil in the pot is hot, pour in the onion, stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the soaked yuba, stir-fry for about half a minute, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
Spread the marinated chicken and sauce on top of the yuba, pour the soaked shiitake mushrooms and water into the pot, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 18 minutes.
Fourth, cold bean curd
Ingredients: Ingredients: Yuba, green onion, coriander.
Method: After soaking the yuba with water, pour it into boiling water and boil for half a minute, remove and drain.
Sauce: Put fine chili powder, coarse chili powder, pepper, chopped green onion, minced garlic and white sesame seeds in a bowl. Pour in the hot oil, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and stir well.
Put the coriander and yuba together, add the prepared sauce and stir well.
5. Pork belly bean curd soup
Ingredients: pork belly, bean curd, red dates, wolfberry.
Method: Rub the pork belly with salt and flour.
Add water to the pot, add pork belly and ginger, and cook over low heat with white pepper for 40 minutes.
Take out the pork belly and cut it into shreds, pour it back, put the red dates and wolfberries in the soup and boil, then put the yuba and cook for 5 minutes, then add salt to taste.
