Coach Ma, how many years have you been engaged in the fitness industry, and what are your proud achievements?

I've been in the fitness industry since the second half of 2012, and I've been in the fitness industry for 12 years now. In fact, I was a fitness enthusiast from the beginning, and when I first started practicing, I also asked for a coach, and later practiced with an old man, who is now my master. Gradually, I felt that I was in better shape, so I felt that I could develop in this area, and I also adopted various opinions, so I decided to start this industry. Engaged in this industry so far, there should be thousands of students, and there are about 10,000 classes, helping more than 1,000 students to achieve their fitness goals.

As for the honor, at present, in 2023, he won the CBBA National Championship Men's Fitness Championship, and also won a national championship in the 2019 Combit Fitness Role Model Competition.

What was your motivation for choosing the fitness industry?

I chose the fitness industry for two reasons.

Why did you choose fitness for the first time? I broke up with my girlfriend at the beginning, and I also wanted to change myself and regain my self-confidence as a man. Because I may have had a little foundation of physical exercise since I was a child, I was more interested in this, so I walked into the gym.

The second time was after working as a part-time coach for a period of time, when I was working as an air police officer in an airline, I felt that I was always flying around the country, which affected my training, so I wanted to dig deep into my potential on this fitness road, and then resolutely resigned from such a good job as an air police officer, and officially and completely engaged in the job of full-time fitness coach.

He is 187 cm tall and weighs 95 kg. The chest circumference has not been carefully measured, it should be 120 cm, the waist circumference is about 82-83 cm, and the hip circumference is about 100-105.

Seeing that your muscles are particularly full, much like Captain America, what diet and exercise do you use to keep yourself in shape?

Diet is actually normal eating, my diet structure is not like many people imagine, just eat very clean or whatever, I usually eat quite dirty, haha, what fried chicken, hamburger, pizza and everything to eat, but I will roughly ensure that a basic nutritional element, carbohydrates and protein must be consumed. Regardless of whether the ingredients you eat are particularly healthy and green, the nutrients should be ingested, and I basically solve the problem through exercise. Unless you are preparing for the game, you may be a little stricter in your diet. I usually eat normally.

The way of exercise is basically to rely on iron. When I was preparing for the competition, I basically had two training sessions a day. When you're not ready to compete, practice about 6 times a week and take a day off. In the summer, you might go out to play basketball, frisbee, or something like that. There is basically no other exercise in winter.

How much time do you spend each day on sports?

You have to practice for an hour and a half every day, and you can't move the thunder.

So your abs and glutes are so powerful, are they particularly strong in that aspect? Just jokingly asking how many times a night do you have?

Haha, I'll just do it once, focusing on quality over quantity, because it is easy to affect the next day's training, not necessarily many times, but it is really good, very good.

The abs and glutes won't give you a particularly subversive boost in endurance or this function, but they will make your motor particularly powerful. You won't necessarily get stronger, but you'll get stronger.

As a professional athlete in the fitness industry, do you have any advice for male fitness enthusiasts?

As a professional athlete in the fitness industry, the first thing is that you have to be scientifically fit. If you really want to be a fitness enthusiast, then say no to illegal drugs, maintain natural fitness, and improve your athletic performance. I think it's a more constructive suggestion. In the early stage, you can hire a professional coach to give you a correct orientation, so that you can have a better fitness along this direction and the correct training plan.

When you have gradually reached a certain level on your own, you can stick to the plan you have set for yourself and learn new training movements and techniques, which will also be more efficient, safer, and more effective, and avoid injury.

Is there a fitness method that can make men bigger and thicker?

It may only be possible to increase and thicken by medical beauty, and it may not be possible to increase and thicken, but it must be possible to increase and harden. If you have been soft and collapsed, then reasonable fitness can help you improve, and the congestion effect is better, in fact, it is also a disguised way to make you bigger. If you add more core and lower body training, it is indeed very effective in this area for men over 28 years old, especially for men over 30 years old.

Many of our friends are dads who are preparing to get pregnant, do you have any good advice?

The main research we targeted for pregnant dads is mainly in several aspects: the first is whether you can successfully export a healthy and energetic sperm; The second is whether you can become relatively smooth in the process of output, one is the process, and the other is the result. In both ways, we have professional courses. My own "M Fitness Studio" has special classes aimed at improving our male function and health index.

I also give some advice on diet and supplementation for friends who need to get pregnant, including some zinc and magnesium, including nuts and fish oil. The course of "M Fitness" will assist men to improve sexual function and improve sperm motility from the three aspects of rest, diet and training, and the effect is quite obvious.

Fitness is a long-term health management behavior, which not only involves sports nutrition, first-class science, muscle dissection, and even includes the overall planning of metabolic theory and endocrine medicine.

A good coach, just like a doctor, needs to refine the teaching experience from the training of members with different physiques and find the right teaching method for the case.
