The three old things in the Northeast are the same, and they must be ordered every time.

3.Production process:

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, cook until it is hot, put the meat slices into the pot one by one and fry them until they change color, remove and drain the oil for later use;

Heat the oil in the pan until it is 80% hot, put the meat slices into the pan and fry until golden brown, remove and drain the oil for later use;

Leave a little base oil in the pot, add shredded green onions, shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add sugar, white vinegar and rice vinegar, burn until the soup is thick, put in the fried meat slices and stir-fry evenly, put it on a plate, sprinkle with shredded carrots and coriander leaves.

Ingredients: pork belly, sauerkraut, blood sausage, vermicelli, ginger, green onion, garlic, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, soy sauce, cooking wine.

Specific steps:1Slice the pork belly, shred the sauerkraut, cut the blood sausage, shred the ginger, cut the green onion, and mince the garlic for later use.

2.Heat the oil, add the ginger and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Add the pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the sauerkraut and continue stir-frying.

4.Add an appropriate amount of water, add blood sausage, vermicelli, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, soy sauce, and cooking wine to taste.

5.After the heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. After cooking, you can add an appropriate amount of minced garlic, minced coriander and other seasonings according to your personal taste.
