The flexible filler construction steps are as follows:
1.Construction preparation: use a steel bar trolley to transport flexible fillers, impermeable cover plates, electroplated angle steel and electroplated expansion bolts to the corresponding construction parts.
2.Caulking treatment: Clean both sides of the reserved "V" groove with a steel brush, and then rinse the inside and outside of the tank with water to remove the lime and sand on the seam surface. Make sure the "V" slot is cleaned and left to dry naturally.
3.Flexible filler caulking: use adhesive to evenly paint the inside and outside of the groove, and the outer wall should be painted wider accordingly, and the brush should not be missed. After the adhesive is brushed and dried for 1 hour, when it feels almost dry, place a PVC rod along the direction of the groove at the bottom of the tank. Then the flexible filler is evenly cut into strips and pressed into the groove, and the outer wall is stacked with a height of 2cm according to the arc required by the design. Finally, hammer it tightly with your hands, and the embedding must be dense.
4.Cover the impermeable cover plate: After the GB flexible filler is filled, the impermeable cover plate should be covered in time.
5.Anchoring: Drill holes with percussion drills, install electroplated angle steel and bury 10x75 electroplated expansion bolts with a spacing of 400mm. The electroplated angle steel is used to embed the impermeable cover sheet on the concrete through the electroplating expansion bolt.
The above steps are for reference only, and the specific construction steps should be determined according to the actual situation and engineering requirements, and pay attention to safety and quality control during the construction process.
