The implementation standards mainly include international standards and industry standards. Common Execution Standards:

1.International Standards:- ASTM Standards: Usually complies with ASTM standards, such as ASTM B637 (alloy malleable grain steel forgings), ASTM B670 (alloy plates, sheets and strips), etc. 2.Industry Standards:- SAE Standards: A series of standards developed by SAE International, such as AMS 5662 (alloy bars, wires and wires), AMS 5663 (alloy bars, wires and wires), etc. 3 - ISO Standards: A series of standards developed by ISO, such as ISO 9723 (alloy bars, bars), ISO 9724 (alloy plates, sheets and strips), etc.

Common heat treatment processes include solution treatment and aging treatment

1.Solution annealing: Solution annealing is to heat the alloy to a suitable temperature (usually 980-1020°C) for a period of time, and then carry out rapid cooling to dissolve the solid solution and precipitate in the alloy and improve the plasticity and ductility of the alloy.

2.Age hardening: Solution treatment may be followed by an aging treatment, that is, the solution treated alloy is kept warm for a period of time at a lower temperature (usually 720-750°C), and then cooled by air cooling or water quenching to re-precipitate the precipitated phase in the alloy and enhance the hardness and strength of the alloy.

Corrosion resistance: 1It can maintain the surface finish for a long time at high temperatures, and can form a dense oxide scale, which effectively prevents further erosion of the internal alloy by oxygen. 2.It has good corrosion resistance to most chemical corrosive media, including acid, alkali, salt and other media, making it widely used in chemical, aerospace and other fields. 3.It can also maintain stable corrosion resistance in high temperature and high stress environment, and is not prone to stress corrosion cracking, ensuring its reliability under extreme working conditions. 4.It also performs well in chlorine-containing media, has good chloride corrosion resistance, and can be used in seawater environment, chemical equipment and other fields.

GH4169 (Inconel 718) is a nickel-based superalloy with excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance and corrosion resistance, so it has a wide range of applications in various fields:

Cobalt (CO): accounts for less than 1%.

Molybdenum (Mo): about 28-3.3%

Iron (Fe): accounts for less than 20%.

Niobium (NB) + tantalum (Ta): about 475-5.5%

Aluminum (Al): about 065-1.15%

Titanium (Ti): Accounts for about 02-0.8%

Carbon (c): Approximately less than 008%

Manganese (mn): about less than 035%

Silicon (Si): Approximately less than 035%

Phosphorus (p): about less than 0015%

Sulfur (s): about less than 0015%
