The adjustment of the rotation direction of the motor can be done by adjusting the parameter P29001, the default P29001=0 is forward rotation, and P29001=1 is reversed.

Summary: Adjust the parameters of P29001 to change the direction of rotation of the motor.

The SinamiCs V90 driver can operate with 300% overload, as shown in the figure below.

200V series servo drive 300% overload capacity.

400V series servo drive 300% overload capacity.

Summary: The 300% overload capacity of the 200V series servo drive is: no load, 10s duty cycle, overload time 14s;When loaded, 10s duty cycle, overload time 03s。

The 300% overload capacity of 400V series servo drive is: 10s duty cycle and 2s overload time when no load; When loaded, 10s duty cycle, overload time 03s。

When the servo is in the "servo off" state, you can choose a parking method, usually there are 3 parking methods, which are as follows:

Slope descent (off1).

Free parking (off2).

Quick stop (off3).

Slope descent (off1).

Profinet control room word STW10 and stw11. Slope descent and free parking mode can be set

Slope descent (off1).

stw1.0 can be used to control the start and stop of the motor.

Free parking (off2).

Rapid stop (off3).

The word STW1 can be controlled via PROFINET2 or digital input signal EMGS can be set for quick stop.

The V90 PN can freely distribute the signal to the following digital inputs and outputs

DI1 to DI4 can be assigned via parameters P29301 to P29304.

The default settings are as follows:

DI assigns a default value.

The selected DI signal responds with a delay range of 8ms to 16ms.

The SINAMICS V90 PN servo drive uses seven internal digital input signals.
