June 2014 was the most important turning point in my life, when I took the second college entrance examination in my life. When I learned that I had been admitted to the undergraduate program of Chinese Language and Literature at Yunnan University for Nationalities, the head teacher Liu Hesheng sent me an email as soon as possible, and I read it over and over again, and I felt very deep and meaningful, so I wrote this email in my personal diary at that time. However, recently, I had an idea: "Can I search for some precious life history in my early years?" So, I went to the space and found this log.

The original email sent to me by the head teacher, Mr. Liu Hexing, was written like this:

1. Tranquility, the heart is reflective. The value of a person's life should be reflected in the **?

2. Busy, look at the non-stop footsteps, the unstoppable loneliness in the splendid city.

3. If the heart of gratitude is not there, there will be countless sorrows. Troubles may be the son of desire, which is in love with delusions.

4. When gratitude is stationed in the heart, there will be sunshine to warm the heart. Like a mother's kind hand, it has become an endless river of love.

5. When gratitude becomes a habit, it will unload the burden of the heart. How much psychedelia is there in the world, let's try it**.

6. When gratitude becomes a habit, joy flows like water. Although the life is ordinary, the feeling of fulfillment is real.

7. When gratitude becomes a habit, life is unwilling to be slow. Cultivate my behavior, refine my consciousness, and cultivate harmony forever.

Special thanks to the high school homeroom teacher Liu Hesheng for his cultivation, as your student, I am deeply honored! The precious study time in Yanshan County No. 1 Middle School was the most important experience for me before I entered the university. Now that I am in my fourth year of university, I will definitely work hard to find my own piece of sky!
