The construction plan for the renovation of the rain and sewage pipe network from Huangpi Avenue to the culvert section of the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway on Changzheng Road is planned to be carried out by closing the non-motorized lanes on both sides of the road. Construction time of the culvert section from Huangpi Avenue to Beijing-Guangzhou Railway on Changzheng Road: March 5, 2024 to July 30, 2024. 3. Regulations on traffic management1.During the construction period, the half-width closed construction section allows motor vehicles to pass in both directions, and non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians to pass along the temporary aisle road on both sides of the road while ensuring safety. 2.During the construction of the culvert section of Changzheng Road from Changzheng Road Traffic Avenue to Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, motor vehicles are prohibited from parking. 3.Motor vehicles that need to pass through the north-south direction of the construction section can detour through adjacent roads such as Jiaotong Avenue, Huangpi Avenue, Chengzhan Road, and Beijing Road. 4.The specific traffic organization measures of the construction section shall be adjusted in real time according to the actual construction progress.
