Play a good "first move" to investigate hidden dangers. More than 10 departments and more than 40 people, including comprehensive law enforcement, fire protection, emergency response, police station, traffic police force, and market supervision, formed a joint law enforcement inspection team, and went deep into key industries and fields according to the division of functions, and carried out 9 large-scale investigation and rectification actions of "preventing risks, checking hidden dangers, and ensuring safety". Pay close attention to key industries such as fire safety, road traffic, non-coal mines, geological disasters, building construction, food safety, spring ploughing production, etc., and carry out centralized investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards in the jurisdictional stations, gas stations, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, agricultural markets, fireworks and firecracker shops, liquefied gas tank shops, sand and gravel plants, village roads, primary and secondary schools, nursing homes, health centers, etc. For the 13 problems found in the investigation, a rectification notice was issued, clarifying the responsible person, rectification requirements, and rectification time limit, and tracking and supervising the rectification in place, strengthening safety production training and education, and ensuring the overall safety and stability of the jurisdiction.
Weave a "safety net" for joint prevention and control. Adhere to joint management, joint prevention and control, and implement various measures to make up for shortcomings, plug loopholes, and strengthen and weaken in detail, so as to effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of safety production accidents. In terms of road traffic, a total of 12 special joint rectification actions for road traffic safety have been carried out, and protective fences have been installed on cliffs, steep slopes and sharp bends, and warning signs, elastic columns, strobe lights, and reflectors have been added to key road sections, effectively improving the safety factor of rural roads. In terms of forest protection and fire prevention, more than 30 forest fire prevention checkpoints and 5 temporary lookouts have been set up in the jurisdiction, and 613 forest rangers have adhered to the front line of forest protection and fire prevention, strictly on duty, and made concerted efforts to "guard the surface, jam the point, watch the people, and control the fire", strictly guard the key areas, mountains, and entrances of the forest area, and control the use of fire in the wild in an all-round way. In terms of resumption of work and production, we insisted on carrying out special inspections on production safety on a regular and irregular basis, and issued more than 20,000 safety production notices and signed safety production responsibility letters, requiring the responsible persons of various industries and fields to strictly implement the safety production responsibility system and weave a dense safety production protection network.

At the same time, the tightening of the safety production chord and the popularization of law to strengthen the foundation and make up for the shortcomings of the organic combination, widely carry out the popularization of law in the field of safety production, and promote the "People's Republic of China Safety Production Law", "People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law", "Forest Fire Prevention Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations into enterprises, high-speed rail, villages, and schools, and through the explanation of specific and vivid typical cases in the field of safety production, to explain the law with cases, and to guide the masses to firmly establish the concept of the rule of law and safety awareness of safety production. The town has formulated and clarified the operational, practical and systematic emergency plan, improved the timely and efficient emergency response mechanism, established a first-class fire fighting workstation, equipped with 12 full-time firefighters, set up a 20-person seasonal semi-professional fire-fighting team, a 40-person militia emergency team, and regularly organized emergency rescue training and drills, improved emergency response capabilities, and forged an emergency rescue iron army.
