Carefully combing the voices of the masses, I made it clear that we must focus on the things that the masses are concerned about: first, party building leads the revitalization of the industry and improves the quality and efficiency of rice planting; The second is to implement "party building + happy restaurant" to solve the problem of dining for the elderly and consolidate the service position for the elderly.

We gave full play to the advantages of party building to lead the development of the industry, and the village party branch led the cooperative, carried out selenium-rich planting experiments on the 320 acres of rice fields planted by the first batch of members, and upgraded the ditch gates and drainage systems in the area. Through the signing of a unified planting management agreement with the members, the "five unifications" of unified rice seeding, unified farming, unified technology, unified management and unified sales have been realized in the experimental area. At present, the average annual income per mu has been estimated in the experimental area to be more than 600 yuan. The cooperative has also decided to attract more rice farmers from its own village and surrounding villages to join the cooperative, and this year it will expand the planting area of selenium-rich rice to more than 2,000 mu.

We try to implement the "Party Building + Happy Restaurant" model, and the restaurant work such as food material purchase, environmental cleaning, and kitchen distribution are all claimed by party members and volunteers. Since the opening of the restaurant, I have been involved in volunteer labor for more than 200 days. Whenever I see the happy smiles of the old people, my heart is sweet.
After finishing my time in the village, I returned to work in the Wenhui Sub-district Office, and "finding answers in listening" became a "key" for me to continue to do a good job. Every time I make progress in my work, I will sincerely thank the people who are willing to talk to me from the bottom of my heart, and they are the ones who help me to observe more carefully and do things more steadily.
