The founding ceremony, why did the chairman prohibit Ren Bishi from attending
On the afternoon of October 1, 1949, the crowd on the periphery of Tiananmen Square was surging, and countless people gathered here, waiting to witness the birth of the People's Republic of China, the most important moment in modern China.
At about three o'clock in the afternoon, ** and a group of national leaders climbed the Tiananmen Tower, and just a few minutes later, **The passionate and firm voice spread through the radio waves to every corner of China: "The People's Republic of China **People** was established today! ”
At this moment, the whole Chinese people were boiling, and the Chinese people straightened their waists and stood tall among the nations of the world!
At the important moment of the birth of the People's Republic of China, almost all the important leaders were on the tower of Tiananmen Square, accompanied by *** to witness this great event.
However, Ren Bishi, an important leader of the Communist Party, was unexpectedly absent from this founding ceremony, which was not his will, but a decision made by *** himself. So, what's the story behind this?
It turned out that this was ***'s deep love and deep expectation for Ren Bishi's revolutionary comrade-in-arms.
Ren Bishi, this great communist revolutionary fighter, was born in the ** era of warlord melee. Despite the turmoil in the country, he continued to study tirelessly, and his excellent grades from an early age amazed his teachers.
He was admitted to Changsha's Changjun Middle School with excellent grades, where he first came into contact with Marxism, and this profound thinking deeply moved him, and he vowed to break the shackles of feudalism and capitalism on the Chinese people and enable the broad masses of the people to live a happy life.
However, life is always full of setbacks and tribulations. At that time, the war was raging, and it was difficult for ordinary families to live a stable life. Unfortunately, Ren Bishi's family lost their finances in an accident and could not continue his education.
In desperation, he had to give up his studies.
Ren Bishi did not give up because of difficulties, and after learning that *** and a group of progressive young people had created a Russian research society in Hunan, he decided to join alone.
With the help of the workshop, Ren Bishi mastered the Russian language and studied communist ideology in depth. Because of his outstanding performance, he and others were selected to study Marxist-Leninist theory at the Eastern Workers' University in Russia.
It was the spring of 1921, and Ren Bi was young and strong, but they could only eat 200 grams of bread a day, and they could not fill their stomachs at all. As a result, Ren Bishi became very thin and even developed a high fever during the bumps on the train.
After going through many difficulties and dangers, Ren Bishi and his party finally arrived at the Oriental Laborers University. During his three-year study career, Ren Bishi devoted himself to the study of Marxism-Leninism and cherished the great ideal of saving the country and the people.
In the end, Ren Bishi boarded the train back to China, and has grown from an ignorant teenager to a qualified communist fighter. He successfully joined the brand-new Communist Party of China and began his revolutionary career.
On the road of revolution, the young Ren Bishi was valued by the party organization for systematically studying Marxist-Leninist thought. At the 78th meeting, he successfully entered the Politburo and became one of the youngest members, and his views were supported by the majority of the party.
However, the revolutionary road was fraught with hardships. Soon, the Communist Party was encircled and suppressed by the Kuomintang reactionaries, and many comrades died. Under the decision of ***, Ren Bishi went underground and continued his revolutionary cause.
In 1928, Ren Bishi was denounced as a traitor and unfortunately fell into the hands of the Kuomintang. In prison, he was subjected to inhuman torture, and Kuomintang agents interrogated him with cruel methods such as chili pepper water and tiger chairs in an attempt to extract information from him.
However, no matter what kind of torture he suffered, Ren Bishi was resolutely tight-lipped and unswerving, never revealing any news. Eventually, due to the lack of conclusive evidence, the KMT was forced to release Ren Bishi six months later.
However, when he was released from prison, he was already weak, but he still rejected the recuperation plan arranged for him by the party organization and insisted on fighting day and night for the revolutionary cause.
Ren Bishi suffered a lot in prison, leaving many scars on his body, including two fist-sized electric current burns that were even more painful. During the Long March, his physical condition deteriorated, and he fell ill and even fell into a coma many times, but fortunately, he was cared for by the Red Army soldiers, and he was able to recuperate in a peasant family, and finally saved his life.
Although he did not have to participate in the founding ceremony, Ren Bishi survived the difficulties of the Long March, survived the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, and ushered in the victory of the revolution. However, due to long work and early illness, his body was already weakened.
Although *** and *** repeatedly persuaded him to put down his work and take care of his body first, he insisted: "The road is still long, and I can't stop." "When New China was about to be founded, he finally collapsed due to overwork.
After being taken to the hospital, he was diagnosed with severe hypertension and diabetes, and his previous injuries also seriously threatened Ren Bishi's life and health. At this time, all the leaders of the party were busy preparing for the founding ceremony.
Ren Bishi, who learned the news, could no longer sit still, and insisted on being discharged from the hospital to continue working despite the doctor's objections, and at least to stand on the Tiananmen Tower on the day of the founding ceremony to witness the birth of the People's Republic of China.
After learning of this situation, ** was very worried about Ren Bishi's physical condition, and after careful consideration, he personally made instructions on behalf of the party organization: "Comrade Ren Bishi must recuperate with peace of mind and is not allowed to participate in the founding ceremony."
However, his representative may attend on his behalf. ”
This expresses his deep love and concern for Ren Bishi, ** On such an important occasion as the founding ceremony, Ren Bishi was not allowed to participate, which shows that his condition is very serious.
Although she couldn't be at the scene in person, Ren Bishi's daughter Ren Yuanzheng, as her father's representative, was still by her side and witnessed the birth of New China.
Ren Bishi's condition gradually deteriorated in the following days, and he was in many hospitals in China, and even decided to send him to the Soviet Union, where medical conditions were better.
However, years of hard work and old injuries have made Ren Bishi's body unbearable, and in 1950, at the age of 46, he died and failed to participate in the founding ceremony, which became the biggest regret in the life of this great communist fighter.
