We are always hopeful for the future and have many goals. We know where we want to be in a week, a month, a year. Yet, very few of us know exactly what we did a week ago, a month ago, a year ago.
So what was I doing 90 days ago? It's an interesting question, but I can't really answer it. I can't even remember what I ate for three meals 3 days ago, how can I still remember the 90 days ago.
Maybe it was another HR that morning? Maybe I ate half a watermelon in the evening? Anyway, in my mind, the events of 90 days ago are basically like the watermelon that may have existed, and it has been digested completely, and there is no scum left.
In fact, if there is no memory beyond ordinary people, or something special and important happens, we can hardly remember a single thing about ourselves 90 days ago with our brains alone. The brain doesn't need that much "garbage".
So, are the bits and pieces of these inadvertent years really all "garbage"?
I believe, most of them are! Because the evolution of living things always makes the best choice. The brain will always clean up less important information in time.
However, there are some valuable things that may also be annihilated by this instinctive "choice". Like shimmering golden sand, covered in silt.
Do we need to make a lot of effort to find these grains of sand? Is it worth it?
Want to predict your future life? Go and look through your own history, friend.
Today will be yesterday again, and the dust will be history.
After 90 days, when asked, how much will we remember about today? Maybe I don't even remember if I wrote it myself.
However, this does not prevent me from standing 90 days later and looking at the history I have written today.
These upward bits and pieces may become the golden sand in the history of life. When the sand gathers into a tower, life will become thick and mellow, shining, brilliant and colorful.
The future is vague, but the past is visible. We can see it, but we may not see it clearly. If you want to see clearly, you need to see more. Look close, look away, look up, look backwards. In repeated chewing, people will always taste a different taste.
