Plaintiff Liu and others have been petitioning for many years due to a dispute over land contracting and management rights, but it has not been resolved. In December 2023, Liu filed an administrative lawsuit against the people of Shuangfeng County ** and the people of Zoumajie Town, Shuangfeng County as defendants, requesting the revocation of the "Land Contracting and Operation Certificate". After receiving the case, the presiding judge had a detailed understanding of the litigation background of the case, patiently and meticulously analyzed the problems existing in the facts of the case when receiving the plaintiff, and explained the law to him, so that the plaintiff could fully feel the courtiality of the judge and the importance of the case. In order to further understand the facts of the case, the undertaking judge visited the people around the village group, inspected the scene, coordinated and communicated with the comrades of the town, the village committee and relevant departments, back and forth, back and forth, and the docking work reached more than 20 times.
Through preliminary communication and coordination, in the early morning of the 4th, the undertaking judge once again braved the drizzle and drove to Zoumajie Town, Shuangfeng County, to find the crux of the problem face-to-face with the staff of the County Agricultural Economic Affairs Bureau, the town economic management station, the village committee, and the parties on both sides, and propose solutions. The coordination continued until just after noon, culminating in mediation, which resulted in the plaintiff withdrawing the lawsuit on the spot.
