(1) Basic information collection
Before the start of the project, a special WeChat communication group will be set up, and the contractor will be asked to designate a management person as the contact person for personnel entering the factory.
First of all, collect information about the contractor's business license, construction qualifications, personnel list, work qualifications, insurance certificates, and signed safety management agreements, of course, these are relevant information about the contractor as a whole, not the focus of this article.
Sometimes the contractor will continue to have new workers entering the factory, when the contractor has personnel who need to enter the factory, the docking person will send the name, ID card (** or scanned copy), the latest bareheaded **, the operation item and type of work, whether the special operation is provided (if so, provide a scanned copy of the special operation), and the scanned copy of the insurance policy in the group.
After arranging a special person to confirm and review the above information in the group, enter the person's name, ID card, operation items and types of work, whether it is a special operation, and insurance information into the ledger and do a good job of registration.
At the same time of registration, confirm and fill in the time of entering the factory and the time of expiration of the certificate (i.e. leaving the factory), and make a good number. The form of the number is determined according to the company's own habits, such as the abbreviation of the contractor unit + the form of numbers: xx01.
After confirming the basic information, start to make certificates, and post the personnel after the color is played, and the prepared documents are placed in the company's gate security office
(2) In-plant training
Because the project in the factory is usually not the responsibility of the safety department, the contractor operator training involved in the project should be designated by the project docking department to be responsible for the training.
For example, if a project is in the XX production department, the XX production department should designate one person to train the contractor's personnel entering the factory.
After the contractor arrives at the gate of the factory, the department docking trainer first goes to the gate of the factory to explain the contractor's safety management regulations in the factory, the contractor's safety assessment rules (this is particularly important, because it involves fines for violations), the safety notice and construction safety disclosure of the factory, and the personnel entering the factory are trained, and the contractor enters the factory personnel to sign, and the trainer keeps the training records, which are regularly submitted to the Ministry of Safety for the record at the end of each month.
(3) Issuance of certificates
After the training is completed, the department will contact the trainer to inform the security department that the training has been completed, and receive the prepared certificate at the gate security office. The documents will be issued to the contractor's personnel entering the factory one by one.
In order to prevent the personnel entering the factory from entering the factory with other people's documents or entering the factory with documents that have expired, a separate fingerprint punch card machine should also be prepared for the contractor's personnel entering the factory, and the fingerprints of the personnel entering the factory should be entered into the punch card machine.
(4) Exit
Before leaving the site, the contractor needs to return the documents to the project docking department as required, and provide a list of the exiting personnel, and the security department will eliminate the list of exiting personnel from the fingerprint machine in a timely manner. At the same time, the Ministry of Security marked the exit on the ledger.
The above is the contractor's entry process sharing. Of course, this process has a certain applicability, which may not be applicable to some factories with a large number of contractors, or some factories have their own set of management models. My process also has certain drawbacks, it is not a one-time solution, and it needs to be continuously improved.
