1.Theoretical learning aspects. First, the initiative in learning needs to be enhanced. There are many ideas about coping with individual work, lack of serious study spirit, lack of enthusiasm for innovative work, and sometimes have negative feelings about various tasks assigned by leaders.

5.Work style. First, the spirit of responsibility is not enough. The motivation to grasp the work has declined, and sometimes they are only satisfied with getting by and almost, and fail to run the spirit of "more serious and tough" into every work. Second, the momentum to keep a close eye on the problem is insufficient. Some problems in daily logistics service work and laboratory management can be pointed out in a timely manner and rectified, but the intensity of continuing to track and pay close attention to the rectification of problems is not enough.

6.Integrity and self-discipline. First, the awareness of discipline and rules needs to be improved. Although it can consciously abide by rules and disciplines, the standards are not high enough, the requirements are not strict enough, and the potential awareness of the "life circle" and "social circle" is insufficient, and the vigilance is not high. Second, the problem of formalism needs to be rectified. In the work, there are old experience in doing things, sticking to the rules, having more concerns in the work, lack of innovation, and sometimes there is a situation where things are dealt with.

3. The root cause of the problem.

1.Lack of ideological understanding. Sometimes, there is more consideration for personal gains and losses, less consideration for school work, more responsibility for the problems assigned by the leaders, and less responsibility for teachers, which relaxes the requirements for the cultivation of party spirit. Sometimes they don't pay attention to their own speech and behavior, can't strictly demand themselves according to the standards of party members, and their exemplary role is not obvious enough.

3.It's not enough to take responsibility. With the growth of age and working hours, there is a tendency to be content with the status quo and not want to make progress, to be satisfied with getting by, to deal with difficulties and problems, there is opportunism, and there is a lack of responsibility to face problems and solve problems. At the same time, the thinking is solidified, the emancipation of the mind, the intensity of reform and innovation is not large, and the crisis of development. The sense of urgency, urgency and responsibility is not strong.
