Textile machinery is the equipment required to make natural or synthetic fibers into textiles.
CE certification standard for textile machinery:
Textile machinery, type C standard, in accordance with the machinery safety norm EN ISO 11111-1 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 1: Based on the standard specification standard, risk analysis and testing of this standard in accordance with EN ISO 11111-X series is required. Type A alone (e.g. EN ISO 12100:2010) is not sufficient for a product range to enter the Type C standard.
The EN ISO 11111-1 standard covers the hazards associated with certain machinery and equipment from EN ISO 11111-2 to EN ISO 11111-7 and adheres to safety rules for common hazards that frequently occur in textile machinery.
EN ISO 11111-2 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 2: Spinning and spinning machines.
EN ISO 11111-3 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 3: Machinery for non-woven surfaces.
EN ISO 11111-4 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 4: Machines for yarn processing, yarn and rope construction.
EN ISO 11111-5 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 5: Weaving and knitting preparation machines.
EN ISO 11111-6 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 6: Machinery for fabric manufacturing.
EN ISO 11111-7 Textile machinery - Safety rules - Part 7: Coating and finishing machines.
Textile machinery CE certification process:
1. Project application - submit the testing application to the testing institution.
2. Data preparation - according to the testing requirements, the enterprise prepares relevant documents.
3. Product testing - the company will send the samples to be tested to the laboratory for testing.
4. Preparation of reports - certification engineers prepare reports according to qualified test data.
5. Submit for review - the engineer will review the complete report.
6. Issue a certificate - after the audit is correct, the certificate will be issued.
