Ctrip is the most rubbish of all the ride-hailing platforms I've ever used.
Ctrip's private car is also one of the few sectors in Ctrip's business that "the more active it is, the more regressive". Most of Ctrip's business has developed from a platform to its own business, and finally reached a balanced ratio. Ctrip, on the other hand, has basically given up self-operation and completely transformed into an aggregation platform that cannot control services.
If you don't want to travel in a situation where you can't use it, it's best not to use it.
If you don't use the car, you have to deduct the full amount.
The last time I was cheated by Ctrip was about a month ago. I called a pick-up service in advance, only to find that the order was canceled by the driver after leaving the station. After the second request, due to the change in the itinerary, I canceled the order before the car arrived, and as a result, Ctrip deducted the entire order fee.
I defended my rights through Ctrip's official channels for a month. My original intention was that if the platform and the driver thought that although I didn't get on the bus in the end, the vehicle transfer still incurred costs, then these costs could be deducted, but there was no reason to deduct the full amount. Later, the customer service gave me a final reply that exploded: "That's the rule, cancel the full deduction".

I consulted the relevant lawyer and got the reply that the change and cancellation of the rights and interests stipulated in the terms of the platform car use clause are essentially the calculation of the actual losses and liquidated damages arising from the current breach of contract between the two parties in the course of their performance. Normally, after the two parties have reached a service agreement and signed the lease contract, one of the parties unilaterally terminates the contract and does not perform it again, which constitutes a breach of contract. If the passenger breaches the contract while the owner is already rushing to the destination, the owner should be given appropriate compensation. Usually the compensation amount will be 30% of the total amount, which is reasonable, and if it is deducted according to 100%, it is unfair and can be regarded as an overlord clause.
I also checked the relevant rules of other car platforms, and if the order is canceled due to the passenger's personal itinerary changes, a certain fee will be charged to compensate the driver and deduct credit points, but there is no provision that the full amount will be deducted 100%.
Before that, I was cheated twice by Ctrip, once when the plane was delayed, and the driver who picked up the airport privately asked for a tip; Another time was when the driver disappeared after the payment order was placed, and the phone was turned off directly.
I'm not a difficult person, and the requirements are very simple, it's nothing more than you serve me, and I give you money. But in my perception, this requires Ctrip to be very difficult to do.
Of course, I once wondered if it was my own problem, my physique was relatively weak, and I was in a collision with Ctrip's special car, so it was easy to step on mines. Then I looked at the complaint data of the online car-hailing platform of the Shanghai Transportation Commission, and the latest online car-hailing data in Shanghai in the third quarter showed that Ctrip's market share was only 034%, but the number of complaints per 10,000 orders is 076。
What is the concept? Didi, the industry leader, accounted for 65% of the market in Shanghai in the third quarter33%, the total order volume exceeded 93 million, and the number of complaints per 10,000 orders was only 039。Black Cat Complaints searched for Ctrip on the car, and there were nearly 100 complaints. Most of the complaints on both platforms focused on non-fulfillment of orders and the quality of service.
In other words, Ctrip's private car has no single volume, and the complaints remain high, and there are many complaints about "charging money even if you don't provide services". I don't know that Ctrip is such a big bu, and it's doing some "magic things" all day long.
There is no service on the aggregator platform, only bad things.
Ctrip has been doing it since 2015, and the earliest time is the current platform model, introducing a number of online car-hailing brands to settle in, and Ctrip as a platform to sell traffic commissions. Later, in 2018, Ctrip got an online car-hailing license and began to do a self-operated model.
At that time, Li Qiao, CEO of Ctrip's domestic car division, said, "In order to bring a unified service experience to users across the country, Ctrip will create high-quality and high-standard Ctrip cars in accordance with the detailed rules on online car-hailing in cities across the country, with the most demanding conditions as the entry threshold."
As a result, within a few years, Ctrip's car returned to its original appearance, known as an online car-hailing aggregation platform. In fact, this kind of aggregation platform is a "second-party dealer", you place an order for Ctrip's car, thinking that Ctrip is providing services, but in fact, Ctrip resells users to third-party small and medium-sized online car-hailing companies whose names you have never heard of.
Some passengers and drivers have come forward to say that this kind of aggregation platform resells and charges high commissions. For an order, the passenger paid 140 yuan, but the driver of the platform showed that the passenger paid 1169 yuan, after deducting the commission, the driver only has 868 yuan, the commission ratio is as high as 38%, and 23 yuan has disappeared in the middle.
Through layer by layer, it is found that the online car-hailing aggregation platform distributes orders to small and medium-sized platform A, and the orders are distributed from platform A to platform B, and the resale fee is deducted once in the middle, and then resold from platform B to platform C, and then deducted the resale fee once......After the platforms have been plucked by the goose, only 60%-50% of the original unit price is left in the hands of the driver.
According to the regulations of the traffic management department, the upper limit of the commission ratio of online car-hailing platforms is 18%-30%. On the one hand, it is to encourage online car-hailing to increase employment and increase the income of ordinary people. On the other hand, the platform of Ctrip car sucks blood layer by layer, and passengers think that the driver who spent 140 yuan made a lot of money, but the driver did not earn as much as before.
In fact, this model has always been very controversial, and many people in the industry believe that this kind of aggregation platform has eroded the industry's safety and compliance ecology and reduced the trust of the industry, which is a destructive regression.
It has been disclosed that some drivers stationed in Ctrip's special car originally only met the economic type, as long as each car provided 500 yuan to the Ctrip driver, the model can be changed in the certification information, and then change from economic to comfortable. If there are any complaints in the future, the director also promises to help solve it internally.
Obviously, aggregation platforms such as Ctrip's special car have low entry thresholds and poor service, and in order to ensure that the profits are accessed by the most low-level small and medium-sized online car-hailing companies, drivers and users are separated by at least two layers of platforms, and there are even layers of resale, resulting in a situation where there are three or four layers of platforms apart.
Something went wrong and you want a refund? Under this kind of layer by layer resale, not to mention that users don't know who the carrier is, it is estimated that even Ctrip itself wants to find the real carrier, so it is the easiest to refund a fart and not refund at all.
And Ctrip's chauffeur drivers also have hardships, many times not taking orders is deliberately done by the driver, the reason is that they do not make money, and even prefer to deduct points and pay fines, which is more cost-effective than taking Ctrip's orders. At the same time, some drivers said that Ctrip will open the automatic price adjustment function by default in the background, and the hidden entrance makes it impossible for merchants to close, and Ctrip will automatically adjust ** to the lowest level after comparing the whole network in the background every day.
It sounds incredible, but anyone who has done Ctrip's business will know that Ctrip's operation is not only used in the special car business, but also in hotels, routes and other businesses. In fact, Ctrip is very "hungry" after the epidemic, and Ctrip's car performance is only the tip of the iceberg in Ctrip's many businesses. Wait for the next time I will talk about how ugly the "hungry" Ctrip is, how many edges and kittens are greasy in various BU businesses, and how much income that cannot be put on the table has been embellished and bleached in the financial report. The cover *** is on the photo network, and the text ** is from the screenshot of the black cat complaint platform.
