The second phase is to complete the construction of the remaining 3 teaching buildings, 8 gymnasiums and corresponding outdoor supporting facilities by September 2025 after the relocation of the high-voltage lines.

According to the design, the total investment of Jinbang Primary School in Yudong New District is 20.6 billion yuan, with a planned total land area of more than 100 acres and 3,000 degrees. The project is located on the north side of the intersection of Jinbang Road and Chaoxia Road, Yudong New District, Yulin City, with a total construction area of about 4140,000 square meters, the main construction content includes 1 office building, 6 teaching buildings, 1 gymnasium building, 11 independent wind and rain corridors and supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, it will effectively fill the gap of primary school places in the region, provide a strong guarantee for school-age children's enrollment, and improve the quality of compulsory education in the region.
