3.Click Store Details
4.Scroll to reach Time Zone and Units of Measurement
5.At Time Zone, click (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).
6.If you want to change to the Chinese time zone, then find (GMT+08:00) Beijing and select it. The same applies to other time zones.
7.Click s**e to save.
