Reach a consensus to achieve synchronization of correction and supervisionThe two sides held a special seminar on community corrections work, and carried out exchanges and discussions on the annual key and characteristic work such as individualized correction for community corrections subjects, the development of education and assistance programs, and the construction of "homes for correctional personnel". The two sides unanimously expressed that it is necessary to improve relevant working mechanisms, further strengthen legal supervision and coordination in community corrections, and promote positive interaction between law enforcement and justice.
Special supervision, cohesion of workJudicial organs and procuratorial organs have gone deep into each judicial office to carry out special supervision and guidance of the education and supervision of community corrections subjects, conducting key inspections of the files of corrections subjects in the past six months, asking for leave during the Spring Festival, informatization verification, and other links, guiding judicial offices to standardize the management of work archives, and putting forward work recommendations on the problems of hidden dangers that are prone to leakage.
Business training to improve the quality and efficiency of law enforcementProcurators are invited to give lectures and carry out practical training in community corrections, and full-time cadres from each judicial office, selected people's police, and corrections social workers participate in the training. In conjunction with typical cases of community corrections, procurators gave detailed lectures on the drafting of educational records, the drafting of legal documents, and the regulation of archives management, to further increase the level of law enforcement and supervision of community corrections.
In the next step, the Hongkou District Community Corrections Administration and the Fourth Procuratorate Department of the Hongkou District Procuratorate will jointly establish the concept of "win-win, multi-win, and win-win", and while performing their duties in accordance with the law, they will further uphold the concept of community corrections work, innovate and develop work methods, and realize the "two promotions and double promotions" of community corrections and legal supervision, and help the construction of safe Hongkou.
