In 1991, I went to Taiyuan to study at university. At that time, it took 6-7 hours to take a long-distance bus from our Xixian bus station in Shanxi Province to Taiyuan. From a small place to a big city, there is a lot of discomfort. One is to find that you are really poor, the second is to find that the big city is really big, and the third is that most of your classmates are proud. During my freshman and sophomore years at Shanxi Medical College, it was a very uncomfortable time for me. I remember that at that time, I could still use food stamps to eat in the cafeteria. In those two years, I was not able to learn knowledge, I was not interested in socializing with my classmates, and I was indignant about many things on the one hand, and I had no opinions on the other hand. Worse still, poverty makes people feel very unpleasant, very, very unhappy. You can eat enough, but you can't open up to eat what you want to eat. There are never more than two pieces of clothing that can be changed. By the time of the final exam of my sophomore year, my CET-4 score was 29! A proper scumbag. Looking back now, by medical standards, I should have had adjustment disorder first, and then I could have procrastinated into a mood disorder or mild depression. Fortunately, in my junior year, I once again showed the strength of my personality to not admit defeat, and began to prepare for the graduate exam, and finally I was admitted to the graduate school of this university. Looking back on this time, it would have been of great help if someone had someone to enlighten or have a professional emotional regulation method at that time. From the age when I went to college to now know the destiny of heaven, and then look back at many things when I was young, in fact, it was not so complicated, it was emotions and cognition of some practical problems that caused me to fall into the quagmire of mental internal friction. Mastering some methods can help young people focus on what they need to do as soon as possible. If you are a young student, college student, graduate student, or you have such young people going through this stage, you can use the mindfulness digital ** products that we have created during the three years of the epidemic to help yourself, learn and use.
