Recently, a coal chemical Fischer-Tropsch tail gas treatment project in Changzhi, Shanxi Province, undertaken by Kedier, has successfully passed the acceptance after more than half a year of stable operation after being unanimously approved by the owner's project technology department and safety and environmental protection department!
What is Fistrop Exhaust?
Fischer-Tropsch tail gas is the tail gas produced during the production process of the Fischer-Tropsch reaction in the coal chemical industry. Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas contains harmful gases, which will cause serious pollution to the environment if it is discharged directly without treatment. Therefore, the use of appropriate Fischer-Tropsch tail gas treatment technology is an important part of ensuring the sustainable development of the coal chemical industry.
Today, I will take you into the site of a coal chemical Fischer-Tropsch tail gas treatment project in Changzhi, Shanxi Province, which was built by Kedier!
Background of the Fischer-Tropsch Exhaust Gas Treatment Project
The owner is a professional producer of coal-to-liquid enterprises in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, the exhaust gas is in the tail gas decarburization unit of the oil synthesis unit, the main components are CO, H2, CH4, olefins, etc., the composition concentration is 1000-2000mg NM3, and the air volume is 80000m3 hr.
Fischer-Tropsch tail gas treatment process: RCO catalyzed regenerative combustion
RCO mode of operation: The Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas enters the ceramic layer of the regenerator A, where heat exchange takes place, the temperature of the ceramic layer decreases, and the temperature of the Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas rises in preparation for entering the combustion chamber, and this preheating effectively saves fuel. The electric heater raises the combustion chamber air temperature to 450 °C, and the Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gases are sufficiently oxidized to decompose into CO2 and H2O. The purified Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas enters the regenerator B and is heat exchanged with the ceramic medium of B, the gas temperature decreases and the temperature of the ceramic medium rises in preparation for the next cycle to preheat the exhaust gas, while the ceramic regenerator of regenerator C has been purged and cooled. Regenerator C performs the purge function in this overcycle.
RCO advantages for Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas treatment
In the treatment of Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas, the reaction temperature can be reduced, there is no open flame, it is safer, and the operating cost can be effectively reduced;
Special catalysts are selected to ensure the purification efficiency of alkanes.
In the construction of the Fischer-Tropsch waste gas treatment project, Kedier Environment has always adhered to the principle of high standards, high requirements and high quality to control the overall progress and construction quality of the project, and the successful acceptance of the Fisso waste gas treatment project not only ensures that the owner meets the emission requirements, but also lays a solid foundation for the development of the Kedier region. In the future, Kedier Environment will continue to improve the level of project management, optimize teamwork, continue to deepen the chemical field, serve chemical enterprises, and contribute to the emission standards of chemical enterprises.
Acceptance of Fischer-Tropsch exhaust gas treatment project
After third-party testing, the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the RCO catalytic regenerative combustion process provided by Kedier Environment meet the requirements of industry standards, and the emission concentration meets the requirements of the "Petrochemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" and the "Air Pollutant Comprehensive Emission Standard".
