The inaugural Qatar Yacht Show will welcome nearly 500 exhibitors

Qatar has held a launch of a new yacht show, providing a preview of the upcoming exhibition, which will take place in Doha from November 6 to 9, 2024.

Organised by the Port of Old Doha in partnership with Gulf Marine Services LLC, the show is expected to attract local, regional and international yacht brands, shipyards, owners and yachting enthusiasts. According to the organizers, the boat show is not only an important part of Qatar's "Vision 2030", but also a powerful measure to promote economic growth and tourism prosperity. According to the organizers, the event aims to breathe new life into Qatar's economic growth by showcasing the best of the yachting industry. International and regional exhibitors, ** representatives and well-known industry figures attended the event. The event began with an opening speech by Mohammad Al Mulla, CEO of the Port of Old Doha, followed by a series of panel discussions featuring Salim Tayssoun, Managing Director of Yachts1; Nabil El Jammal, Benetti's Middle East Country Manager; Fariouk Nefzi, Chief Marketing Officer; and Paris Baloumis, Marketing Director of Oceanco Group, who shared their insights on the growing importance of the Middle East in the global yachting industry, providing a valuable platform for maritime entities from all over the world to exchange experiences.

Looking ahead to Qatar Yacht Show 2024, it is expected to attract 495 exhibitors and brands, attracting more than 20,000 visitors. There will be 95 yachts on land and on the water, as well as yacht lifestyle brands, water sports and yacht accessories. In addition, exquisite food and wonderful entertainment will be presented on site, bringing visitors an all-round feast for the senses.
