During the Spring Festival transportation period, Harbin Railway scientifically formulated a passenger car operation plan in accordance with the principle of "appropriate arrangement, active tapping potential, and emergency preparedness", and took measures such as opening night high-speed rail, reconnecting EMUs, increasing passenger trains, and adding vehicles to ordinary speed trains in response to popular directions and time periods, so as to increase transportation capacity in a timely manner. Fully anticipate the difficulties that passengers may encounter when traveling, and strive to solve the travel difficulties of key passengers such as the elderly, the young, the sick, the disabled, and the pregnant. Further promote the hand warming project, add water heaters, hot treasures and other equipment to the station, and all 221 passenger station washrooms in the Harbin Railway Tube are equipped with warm and hot water washing conditions. A special waiting area for ice and snow tourist trains will be set up at Harbin Station, and services such as luggage storage and item delivery will be added to facilitate tourists' travel.
