Announcement on the selection and appointment of social supervisors of the business environment in Xiong'an New Area.
In order to gather social consensus, gather development synergies, give full play to the supervisory role of social forces in the construction of the business environment in Xiong'an New Area, and create a standardized and transparent first-class business environment, according to the "Xiong'an New Area Business Environment Problem Clue Verification and Handling Work System", the Office of the Leading Group for Optimizing the Business Environment in Xiong'an New Area plans to select and hire a group of business environment social supervisors for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Scope of selection.
Including but not limited to representatives of industry associations, chambers of commerce, professional service personnel, business entities, and the public.
Second, the selection and employment conditions.
1) Have good ideological and moral character and social morality, and have no criminal records.
2) Have a high degree of concern and sensitivity to public affairs and social issues, and have strong comprehensive analysis, judgment and decision-making skills.
3) Familiar with national laws and regulations, policies and related industry knowledge.
4) Be able to perform social supervision duties independently, objectively, and impartially, and have a certain understanding and understanding of the objects they supervise.
5) Be in good health and have the time and energy to participate in supervision work.
3. Supervisory responsibilities.
1) Supervise the administrative examination and approval, government services, fair competition, law enforcement inspections, judicial guarantees, political and business relations and other business environment matters of the first level of organs at all levels in the Xiong'an New Area.
2) Collect opinions and suggestions from all walks of life on the construction of the business environment in Xiong'an New Area, and reflect the clues of problems that undermine the business environment.
3) Participate in training, seminars, research, inspections and other activities organized by the Office of the Leading Group for Optimizing the Business Environment of Xiong'an New Area, and complete relevant tasks as required.
4) Summarize the common problems found in supervision, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions.
Fourth, the work requirements.
1) Keeping state secrets, work secrets, as well as commercial secrets and information that should not be disclosed as a result of performing duties.
2) Shall not engage in activities unrelated to the supervision of the business environment in the name of supervisors, and shall not accept banquets, gifts, cash gifts, valuables, etc. from the supervised units.
3) They must not take advantage of their work to seek improper benefits for themselves or others. In the course of performing their duties, when they encounter a conflict of interest, they will take the initiative to apply for recusal.
5. Term of employment.
Supervisors shall be subject to a one-year term of office, and supervisors shall be automatically dismissed after the expiration of their term of office if they commit violations of laws and regulations or discipline or after the expiration of their term of office.
6. Selection and recruitment procedures.
1) Apply for registration. The application for registration shall be in the form of written self-recommendation, and the application form for the business environment supervisor of the Xiong'an New Area shall be filled in (see attachment), and 1 scanned copy of the resident ID card and 1 one-inch white background ID photo (electronic version) shall be provided, and the application shall be submitted to the Office of the Leading Group for Optimizing the Business Environment of the Xiong'an New Area by email before May 31.
2) Qualification review. The Office of the Leading Group for Optimizing the Business Environment of Xiong'an New Area will review the qualifications of the applicants through interviews and on-site visits, determine the preliminary candidates for supervisors, and submit them to the Executive Committee of the Reform and Development Bureau of the Xiong'an New Area for deliberation and study and decide on the list of hired personnel. The results of the offer will be sent to the applicant via SMS.
3) Issuance of certificates. If there is no objection to the employment result, a supervisor certificate will be issued.
