The Yellow Emperor said: What can I do if people are dirty in evil? Qi Bo said: Sorrow and fear are sad, cold and cold drink hurts the lungs, with its two colds and feelings, both inside and outside are hurt, so the qi goes up. If there is a great anger, the anger does not go down, and it accumulates under the threat, it hurts the liver. If you get drunk and sweat in the wind, you will hurt your spleen. If you lift weights hard, if you enter the room too much and sweat out of the bath water, it will hurt the kidneys.
The Yellow Emperor said: What can I do if I have a stroke in the five internal organs? Qi Bo said: Yin and Yang are both felt, and evil is to go.

The human body was originally cold, and at this time, cold drinks and cold food were superimposed, which is equivalent to the external cold and the internal cold, and the righteous qi of the lungs will be weakened, in this case, the evil qi from outside will reside in the lungs, causing the lungs to be damaged, so the lung qi is retrograde and coughing and asthma occurs.
If there is a great anger, the anger does not go down, and it accumulates under the threat, it hurts the liver. If there is a traumatic injury such as a fall from a height, resulting in blood congestion in the liver due to injury, at this time, if the factors of anger are superimposed, internal injuries and external injuries are forced, it will make the liver's righteous qi weak, and the liver qi will rush up but not down, resulting in the separation of qi and blood, and the congestion will lose its momentum, and it will be retained and staggated in the hypochondriac liver area, and the liver will be injured as a result.
If you get drunk and sweat in the wind, you will hurt your spleen. Muscle trauma caused by fights and other incidents, or excessive fatigue caused by drunkenness after injuring the liver, and at this time, factors such as being attacked by wind and cold when sweating and pores are loose - like this, muscle injuries on the outside, poor diet on the inside, excessive fatigue during intercourse, and being forced by the wind and cold, make it easy for evil qi to hurt the spleen at this time.
If you lift weights hard, if you enter the room too much and sweat out of the bath water, it will hurt the kidneys. If you are overworking yourself with heavy loads, and you take a cold shower when your pores are loose due to sweating, like this, fatigue in the outer limbs, excessive exhaustion of the essence in the inside, and the combination of the external cold, makes it easy for the evil qi to harm the kidneys at this time. ”
