For "growing" individual industrial and commercial households in the stage of stable operation, the focus is on smoothing recruitment and employment channels, providing vocational skills training information, guiding participation in social insurance, and increasing financial support, so as to enhance their ability to resist risks and continue to operate, so that they can "go steadily" and "go far". For "development-oriented" individual industrial and commercial households in the stage of continuous growth, we will focus on improving the level of compliance management, supporting and guiding the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and improving the ability to create, use, protect and manage intellectual property rights, so that they can "become stronger".
