Circuit boards, also known as printed circuit boards or printed circuit boards, are indispensable components in electronic devices. According to the number of layers, circuit boards are mainly divided into three categories: single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer circuit boards. However, circuit boards have a limited lifespan, and once discarded, they can cause serious harm to the environment. Therefore, the disposal of waste circuit boards is particularly important.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, we propose a waste circuit board production line. The production line includes equipment such as No. 1 conveyor, crusher, second crusher, No. 2 conveyor, third crusher and magnetic separator. Specifically, the operator places the pretreated waste circuit board on the No. 1 conveyor, and crushes the circuit board into powder form through the step-by-step crushing of the primary, second, and tertiary crushers. At the same time, the magnetic separator separates the iron in the material. Then, these powdery substances will fall on the air separator 1 and the air separator 2, and through the action of wind and vibration force, the two materials with different densities will begin to stratify. The copper powder is discharged from the front end discharge port of the air flow separator, the resin powder is extracted from the top of the air flow separator by the No. 1 cyclone separator, and the semi-finished products are discharged from the rear end of the air flow separator and then entered into the electrostatic separator No. 2 through the screw conveyor for electrostatic separation, and a small amount of copper powder and a large amount of resin powder are separated, and the remaining semi-finished products are returned to the triple crusher to continue to crush.
In addition, the ** production line is also equipped with pulse dust collectors, dust collection fans, ring grooves, threaded rings, mounting rings, mounting brackets and filter screens and other equipment. These devices effectively filter the separated gases without causing an impact on the environment. The production line adopts the process of crushing and sorting, so that the circuit board waste can be recycled into metal powder and resin powder that can be used respectively, thereby improving the recycling rate of resources and reducing the harm to the environment. At the same time, the production line also has the function of re-crushing the semi-finished products that are not completely crushed, ensuring the efficiency of resource reuse.
To sum up, this waste circuit board ** production line not only improves the utilization of resources, but also makes a positive contribution to environmental protection.
