1.The salary requirements are high, in contrast, the salary requirements of young new employees who have just graduated are relatively low due to the relatively low cost of living. Therefore, especially for some non-technical, non-managerial and other positions, enterprises prefer to recruit young people with low basic salary requirements, which is more cost-effective for enterprises.

2.Weak learning ability: 35-year-old employees, because they have been in the society for more than ten years, have a set of fixed thinking patterns for affairs, work and other issues.
