Hello and welcome to our health journey again! In the last issue, we followed in the footsteps of the Yellow Emperor and Qi Bo and gained an in-depth understanding of the initial concept of the "three parts and nine candidates" of the human body. Today, we will continue to excavate the treasures of this ancient medical canon and delve into the mysteries of the middle and upper parts of the world. The Yellow Emperor once asked: "What can I do in the middle of the country?" Qi Bo gave a detailed explanation of the relationship between the heavens, the earth, and people in the central part of the country, and the lungs, the qi in the chest, and the heart. Immediately afterwards, the Yellow Emperor asked about the upper part, and Qi Bo also answered with heaven, earth, and man, involving the breath of the head and horns, the breath of speech, and the breath of ears and eyes. These seemingly profound concepts actually contain endless wisdom to protect our health. So, how will this wisdom guide us toward a healthier life? Let's look forward to it and explore together!

The Yellow Emperor asked Qi Bo, "What is the waiting for in the central part of the country?" He replied, "There are also three phases in the central part of the country: heaven, earth, and man. The weather corresponds to the health of the lungs, the weather reflects the qi in the chest, and the weather is related to the heart. ”

The Yellow Emperor further asked: "How should the upper part wait?" Qi Bo explained: "The upper part also has three phases: heaven, earth, and man. The weather can observe the changes in the qi of the head and horns, the weather of the earth is related to the condition of the qi of the mouth, and the weather of the people is related to the rise and fall of the qi of the ears and eyes. ”

Qi Bo continued: "Of the three parts, each has its own three phases: heaven, earth, and man. These three elements combine with each other to form a complete system of heaven, earth, and man. Multiply the three to get nine candidates. These nine conditions are distributed in the human body like the nine fields, corresponding to the nine treasures. Therefore, there are five gods in the human body and four in the form, which together are nine treasures. ”

Through this dialogue between the Yellow Emperor and Qi Bo, we learned the following key knowledge:

The specific meaning of the central and upper phases: the central phase mainly involves the health status of the lungs, chest qi and heart; The upper part is related to the breath of the horns, the breath of the mouth, and the breath of the ears and eyes.

The correspondence between the three parts and the nine fields and the nine Tibets: The human body is divided into three parts and nine signs, which correspond to the nine fields and nine Tibets, reflecting the deep understanding of the structure of the human body in traditional Chinese medicine.

The concept of Shenzang and Xingzang: Shenzang mainly refers to the function of the viscera at the spiritual level, while the form of the viscera at the material level refers to the form of the viscera at the material level. Taken together, they form a complete system of the Nine Tibets.
